Today at Birmingham City was awarded Best Veteran & res.CC under Ray Strudwick. He then sealed his show career with a nice Veteran group 2 under Tom Isherwood.
This beautiful boy in stunning coat has thrilled us with his ‘show man’ attitude and powerful correct true movement, always so xciting to pilot.
May we Thank his fans and supporters, the judges who have awarded him the highest honours, to David & Gilly David Bell for allowing us the opportunity to introduce to our kennel their American import ‘Gavin’ AM.CH.Avonfarm Thoughts of Calcutta at Balintyne bred and co owned byLesley Leslie Russell USA.
Mike is The winner of 8CC’s All with BOB, 4 res.CC’s, gundog groups 2 x2, BEST OF BREED CRUFTS ‘19. The only Irish Setter ever to qualify for the Eukanuba Champion Stakes final which he did twice. & BIS ISCS etc, etc!
We are extremely proud of everything he has achieved, at 9 years old it’s now time to pass the show lead to the youngsters waiting in the Thendara wings.
